Registration Information

Authors, presenters, and participants are requested to complete the registration process within the announced deadlines. Registration is mandatory for paper inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Important Instructions

At least one author must register for each accepted paper.
Separate registration is required for multiple accepted papers.
Each paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages.
Additional pages are chargeable as per conference policy.
All registrations are non-transferable.

Conference proceedings and materials
Conference kit and participation certificate
Lunch, refreshments, and networking sessions
Tea and coffee breaks during conference days

Additional Page Charges: Authors may include up to 2 additional pages beyond the standard 6-page limit.

Extra Page Fee: ₹1000 per page (Indian Authors) and $50 per page (International Authors).

          Early registration is strongly recommended to avoid late fees
          and ensure timely confirmation of participation.
        

          *GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra as per Government of India regulations.
