Paper length: 6 pages in standard IEEE format.

LaTeX is the preferred submission format due to its compatibility with the publication workflow and its ability to facilitate faster processing.
Submit only original and unpublished work.
No simultaneous submissions elsewhere.
Double-blind peer review applies.
